Long gone from the past,
should I return?
Was there something there,
a lesson for me to learn?

Have I grown since then,
grown from my mistakes?
Will I do it all better,
or do it all once again?

Should I forgive and forget,
and give love another chance?
Or should I hold a grudge,
and forbid her one last dance?

She hurt me once,
will she again crush a heart?
She loved me once,
will she again be pierced by dart?
